Building CeroSoft

A software studio I founded to turn messy, manual workflows into simple systems that small businesses can actually run.

CeroSoft

cerosoft.net

From zero to solution. CeroSoft starts from the business problem, not the technology, and builds software for SMEs, condominiums and local service businesses that still run on Excel, chat groups and paper.

CondoMate: condominium management system

One system for residents and the management office: repair requests, parcel tracking, shared-space booking, announcements, finance and reports.

  • Node.js server and API with sign-in, role-based access and file uploads
  • Two deployment modes: SQLite on-premises or PostgreSQL online on Vercel
  • Installable web app for residents, with barcode scanning for parcels
  • Backup and restore tooling, plus Playwright end-to-end tests

Company website

  • Bilingual Thai/English site built with React 19, TypeScript and Vite
  • Hosted on Vercel with Cloudflare DNS; contact form sent through a serverless function and Resend

Training-free domain adaptation via LoRA fusion

Parameter-Efficient Training-Free Domain Adaptation via LoRA Fusion for Open-Vocabulary Segmentation. Combines heterogeneous pre-training, parameter-efficient adaptation and similarity-driven adapter composition to keep zero-shot generalisation while improving cross-domain stability and computational efficiency.

The weekly update arriving in the team's LINE group

Station status and equipment summaries are generated and pushed each week, so nobody compiles the report by hand.

Vehicle counting at road intersections

Counts the vehicles on each route through an intersection from video, giving the primary data for studying congestion and planning traffic management.

  • Image processing on intersection video
  • Vehicle detection, tracking and per-route counting
